Shift Happens Co was born from Billie’s personal journey through breathwork, meditation, and nervous system regulation.


Now working at the intersection of neuroscience and lived experience, Billie guides people back into a regulated, grounded state—where clarity and change become possible.


This work blends ancient practices with modern brain science.

NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest)

The Space Between Stress and Sleep

Most people don’t know how to truly switch off—mentally or physically

NSDR gives you direct access to that state—on demand.


NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) guides your body into deep rest while your mind stays aware.



It works by bringing your brain into the space between waking and dreaming—the alpha and theta states where real recovery happens.
